At your personal presentation of The Diagnosis findings, you will know the specific dollar amounts associated with specific improvements that can be made in your business.
After your Diagnosis, you will know your "upside potential" and your business' "Low Hanging Fruit". You decide if you want to implement all, some or none of the identified improvements.
