Our Commitment to Your Privacy.
Information about out clients is fundamental to our core business activities. Consequently, all information obtained from clients and prospective clients is strictly confidential. Middle South provides the same standard of care, confidentiality and non-disclosure it requires from potential buyers considering the purchase of one of Middle South's businesses for sale. In this connection, we (i) provide an equivalent confidentiality agreement to our clients and (ii) require virtually identical confidentiality agreement from prospective purchasers. Our services are first and foremost confidential, so Middle South's Privacy Policy was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality services with the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in dealing with our clients and partners. This policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our services and web site. This policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers' needs.
Middle South does not disclose confidential information unless required by order of a court or governmental agency of proper jurisdiction. What Information do we collect on our web site? When you visit our web site you may provide us with two types of information: (A) personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis, and (B) web site usage information collected on an aggregate, non-individual basis as you and others browse our site.
