Statistical Analyses For example, we performed a statistical analysis of a large subdivision on the northshore. The results were amazing. Among other findings, the development's 350 condominium units were examined. In statistical terms, the results were statistically significant and robust. The findings indicated the average increase in value for a condo having a garage (compared to a condo with no garage) and being on the golf course. Several other interesting findings were discovered which may help you.
Cash Flow Analyses The importance of analyzing cash flow in real estate ventures is no less significant than for a business.
